April 1983 in der kanadischen Tageszeitung „The Globe and Mail“ und wurde in roter Farbe kopiert. Mays setzt sich anlässlich der damals aktuellen Ausstellung in der Carmen Lamanna Gallery (Toronto) und der Performance „P Is For Poodle: The Milky Way From the 1984 Miss General Idea Pavillion“, die am 15. und 16. April 1983 in der früheren Toronto-Dominion Bank in Toronto zu sehen war, mit General Ideas Arbeiten mit dem Motiv des Pudels auseinander. // The article “At least, that’s the General Idea. The poodle as Canada’s emblem” by John Bentley Mays appeared on 15 April 1983 in the Canadian daily newspaper “The Globe and Mail“ and was copied in red color. Mays’ work was published on the occasion of the then current exhibition at the Carmen Lamanna Gallery (Toronto) and the performance “P Is For Poodle: The Milky Way From the 1984 Miss General Idea Pavillion,” on view at the former Toronto-Dominion Bank in Toronto on 15 and 16 April 1983, Mays explores General Idea’s work with the motif of the poodle.
