Bemerkung:   Die Katalogedition erschien anlässlich der Ausstellung „Le Dieux de Babylon“, die vom 24. August bis 24. September 1973 im Kölnischen Kunstverein und vom 27. Januar bis 24. Februar 1974 im Kunstmuseum Luzern zu sehen war. Die Edition besteht aus einer Kassette (JCA1BUTH002), einem Heft (JCA1BUTH003), 19 Farboffsets (JCA1BUTH004) und einer Serigrafie (JCA1BUTH005). Die farbige Serigafie ist großformatig, rund und mehrfach gefaltet. Sie hat einen unregelmäßig gerissenen Rand. Die Serigrafie zeigt eine s/w-Fotocollage, die mit goldfarbenen Punkten übersehen ist. Die Motive der Collage sind unter anderem Fotografien von Schwarzen Personen, Aufnahmen von Kulturgütern wie Masken oder Figuren und Illustrationen. Es handelt sich dabei um eine s/w-Kopie von Michael Buthes „Weltkarte“ (1970). Beim Auffalten der Serigrafie nimmt diese im Prozess die Form eines Zelts an. // The catalog edition was published on the occasion of the exhibition “Le Dieux de Babylon,” which took place at the Kölnischer Kunstverein from 24 August to 24 September 1973, and at the Kunstmuseum Luzern from 27 January to 24 February 1974. The catalog edition consists of a box (JCA1BUTH002), a booklet (JCA1BUTH003), 19 color offsets (JCA1BUTH004), and a silkscreen print (JCA1BUTH005). The colored silkscreen print is large-format, round, and folded several times. It has an irregularly torn edge. The silkscreen print shows a b/w photo collage covered with gold-colored dots. The motifs in the collage include photographs of Black people, images of cultural artifacts such as masks and figures, and illustrations. It is a b/w copy of Michael Buthe's “Weltkarte” [World Map] (1970). When unfolded, the silkscreen takes on the shape of a tent.
